Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the website thinkaboutitgames.com and the games published by Think About It Games, Paronyan 6, Yerevan, Armenia (“we”, “us”). By using the site or playing our games, you agree to them.

Mage Rush has its own, more detailed terms: Mage Rush Terms of Use. Where the two differ for that title, the Mage Rush terms govern.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Everything not expressly granted stays with us.

2. What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games, except where the law says you may.
• Cheat, use automation tools, or tamper with save data, ads or purchase flows.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the games or their assets.
• Use our name, logo or artwork in a way that implies we endorse you.

3. Content creation

You are welcome to record, stream and monetise gameplay videos of our games on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Twitch, provided the video is your own creative work and you do not claim to be us. No separate permission is required.

4. Virtual items and purchases

Gold, spell shards, chests and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be changed or removed as the game is balanced. Purchases and refunds, where offered, are handled by the platform store (Google Play) under its own terms.

5. Advertising

Our games are free to play and supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the sites they lead to.

6. Intellectual property

“Mage Rush”, the Think About It Games name and logo, and all game code, art, audio and text are owned by Think About It Games or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

7. Availability and changes

Our games and this site are provided “as is”. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of them, including online features, at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of a shutdown of an online service where we can.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
