Delete your data

Mage Rush has no player accounts. Your progress lives on your device, and the only data we hold is pseudonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports tied to an identifier of your device. This page explains how to have that data deleted.

How to request deletion

Find your advertising ID on the phone you play on: open Settings → Google → All services → Ads (on some phones Settings → Google → Ads). The ID is shown at the bottom of that screen. If your device no longer has one, skip this step.
E-mail ThinkAboutItGames@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data — Mage Rush”. Include the advertising ID, or, if you have none, your phone model and the approximate date you installed the game.
Wait for our confirmation. We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done. If we cannot match any data to the details you sent, we tell you so.

What is deleted

Gameplay statistics (sessions, levels played, in-game events) linked to your device identifier in our analytics service, devtodev.
Crash and performance reports linked to that identifier.
Your e-mail correspondence with us, once the request is closed.

What is kept, and for how long

Aggregated statistics that can no longer be connected to any person (for example, “how many players finished level 10”) are kept indefinitely.
A short record that a deletion request was received and fulfilled is kept for 3 years, so we can show we handled it.
Without a request, gameplay statistics and crash reports are kept for no longer than 24 months.

Data you can delete yourself

Game progress on your phone — clear the app’s storage or uninstall Mage Rush.
Advertising data — ads are served by Google AdMob, which controls that data. Reset or delete your advertising ID in the same Ads settings screen, and change your ad consent with the Privacy Settings button in the game’s settings window (shown where the law requires it).
Google Play Games — if you signed in, disconnect Mage Rush and delete its data in the Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.
