Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Think About It Games (“we”, “us”, the “Studio”) handles information in connection with this website (thinkaboutitgames.com) and our mobile games, including Mage Rush (together, the “Services”).
We build small games and we collect as little as we can get away with. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles ourselves.
Mage Rush has its own, more detailed policy: Mage Rush Privacy Policy. Where the two differ for that title, the Mage Rush policy governs.
1. Who is responsible
Think About It Games, Paronyan 6, Yerevan, Armenia.
Contact for any privacy question or request:
ThinkAboutItGames@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
- Game progress and settings. Level progress, currency, spell upgrades, audio and control settings. This is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your Google cloud save.
- Device and diagnostic data. Device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, crash reports and performance data.
- Gameplay analytics. Anonymous or pseudonymous events such as “level started”, “level completed”, “ad watched” — used to understand where players get stuck.
- Advertising identifiers. Our games show rewarded video ads. Ad providers may process a resettable advertising ID and coarse technical data to deliver and measure ads.
- Google Play Games profile. If you sign in, we receive your player ID and display name so achievements and cloud saves work.
- Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
We do not ask for your real name, postal address, phone number or payment card details. Purchases, if any, are processed by Google Play — we never receive your card data.
3. Why we process it
- To run the game and keep your progress (performance of our agreement with you).
- To fix crashes and balance difficulty (legitimate interest in a working product).
- To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch (consent where required).
- To answer your messages (legitimate interest / your request).
4. Third-party services
Our Services rely on third parties that act as independent controllers or processors for the data they receive. Depending on the platform and build, these may include:
- Google Play / Google Play Games — distribution, sign-in, cloud saves, achievements. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Advertising and analytics providers integrated into the game (for example Google AdMob and similar rewarded-ad networks) — ad delivery, frequency capping and measurement.
- Vercel Inc. — hosting of this website; server logs including IP address are processed for security and delivery.
A current list of the SDKs used in each title is declared on that title’s Google Play store listing under “Data safety”.
5. Children
Our games are directed at players aged 13 and over and are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
6. This website
This site is a static page. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on it. Our host records standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of delivering the font files.
7. Retention
Cloud saves stay until you delete them from your Google Play Games account. Crash and analytics data is kept in aggregated or pseudonymous form for as long as it is useful for improving the game, typically no more than 24 months. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email ThinkAboutItGames@gmail.com. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings, and delete local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.
9. Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may store and process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify players in-game or on the store listing.
